Unlock Your Child's Creativity with Our Art & Craft Camp! Our Art & Craft Camp is designed to offer kids the perfect balance of fun and learning. Tailored specifically for young artists, this camp is a great way for your child to explore their creativity while developing valuable skills. Price:$175 per week 9am-4pm （This is the early bird rate until April 30th.） Age:6-10 years old What’s Included: Professional Painting Lessons: All materials are provided, along with $287.50 worth of professional painting lessons. Experienced Instructors: With over 10 years of experience teaching painting classes to children and teens in PEI, our team ensures a top-quality experience for your child. Daily Schedule: Drop-off: 8:30 AM - 9:00 AM Pick-up: 4:00 PM - 4:30 PM 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Professional painting training 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Lunch 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Free time 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Outdoor life drawing or Indoor Creative Painting and Crafts(Depends on the weather) Location: 7 Pond St, Charlottetown PE (At the main floor of Jack Blanchard Parish Centre) Why Choose Our Camp? Cancellation Policy
Nicole’s Art Studio Art Camp Refund/Cancellation Policy This Policy is Firm Order Confirmations/Receipts are sent when your purchase is complete. (This includes exactly what you have signed up and paid for, including dates.) Please keep track of the products you have signed up for, as this is not the responsibility of Nicole’s Art Studio. If you are paying by E-transfer, please ensure you receive the invoice via email. If the invoice does not appear in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. Refunds are not granted due to losing track of your dates. (Hot Tip: Star or bookmark your confirmation email upon receiving it for future reference.) To protect our business and operations, refunds/credits will not be provided for: Cancellations within 7 days of the selected day camp. Inclement weather. A missed day(s) for any reason (e.g., sign up for a week and miss one or two days, or sign up for a day and do not attend, and then request a refund). We do not provide prorated/partial discounts (e.g., sign up for a four-day camp, then request a refund for one day). Credit card fees incurred by the business at the point of purchase will not be refunded. Please understand that we do not track or have control over other organizations' schedules. If you accidentally register for another camp during the same week as our art camp and there is a conflict, you will need to cancel it yourself at least 7 days before the start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable. The only exception to our refund policy is in the case of a sudden illness that prevents you from attending the entire week. In this situation, please provide us with a medical certificate, and we will issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Release of Liability Agreement
1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in art activities (including but not limited to painting, sketching, clay modeling, and outdoor activities) involves inherent risks. While Nicole's Art Studio staff will take all reasonable safety precautions, accidents or injuries may still occur. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any injuries or property damage resulting from their child's participation.
2. Medical Emergencies
In case of medical emergency, parents/guardians authorize Nicole's Art Studio staff to:

Seek emergency medical care
Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately and parents/guardians are responsible for all related medical expenses.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants must:

Follow all camp rules and regulations

Show respect to instructors, staff and other participants
Nicole's Art Studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant for serious misconduct without refund.
4. Personal Belongings
Nicole's Art Studio is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen or damaged personal items

Valuables brought to the premises
5. Media Release
Nicole's Art Studio may use photographs/videos of camp activities for promotional purposes. No personal information will be disclosed.
6. Food Safety Policy

Participants must bring their own nut-free and seafood-free lunches/snacks

Due to the high summer temperatures, parents are advised to put ice packs in their child's lunch box

Prohibit sharing of food among children to avoid food allergies and poisoning
Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any food-related allergies or illnesses.
7. Liability Release
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for all claims, disputes or issues arising from their child's participation at Nicole's Art Studio.
