Service Description
Kids Art Class for Ages 5-6 Ignite Your Child’s Creativity at Nicole's Art Studio Dates&Date：Time: Every Thursday, 4:00–5:00 PM. This is a drop-in class. When you purchase this course, it includes 4 sessions, each with an independent theme. Students will complete one painting per session. If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, you will not be charged for that class. After all 4 sessions are completed, you may book the next round of classes. Parents are responsible for keeping track of the number of sessions attended and the dates of attendance. We will also provide an attendance sheet—each time a student attends, a parent must sign. After completing 4 sessions, you may rebook the next set of 4 sessions. Cancellation Policy
Attendance & Booking No show = No charge. Parents are responsible for tracking the number of classes attended. After completing 4 sessions, please book a new set of classes before the next session begins. We maintain an attendance sheet—please remember to sign after each class. Cancellation Policy To cancel a class, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations within 72 hours of the class cannot be accommodated. Materials & Safety We primarily use watercolor and gouache paints. While we always prioritize safe, non-toxic materials, we cannot guarantee that a child won’t have an allergic reaction to certain pigments. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any allergic reactions or health issues related to materials. Liability Notice Nicole’s Art Studio is not liable for any accidents or injuries that occur on the premises. Parents/guardians bear full responsibility for their child’s safety while at the studio. That said, we will do our utmost to ensure a safe and healthy environment during classes. Thank you for your understanding!

Release of Liability Agreement
1. Assumption of Risk
Participation in art activities (including but not limited to painting, sketching, clay modeling, and outdoor activities) involves inherent risks. While Nicole's Art Studio staff will take all reasonable safety precautions, accidents or injuries may still occur. Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any injuries or property damage resulting from their child's participation.
2. Medical Emergencies
In case of medical emergency, parents/guardians authorize Nicole's Art Studio staff to:

Seek emergency medical care
Parents/guardians will be contacted immediately and parents/guardians are responsible for all related medical expenses.
3. Code of Conduct
Participants must:

Follow all camp rules and regulations

Show respect to instructors, staff and other participants
Nicole's Art Studio reserves the right to dismiss any participant for serious misconduct without refund.
4. Personal Belongings
Nicole's Art Studio is not responsible for:

Lost, stolen or damaged personal items

Valuables brought to the premises
5. Media Release
Nicole's Art Studio may use photographs/videos of camp activities for promotional purposes. No personal information will be disclosed.
6. Food Safety Policy

Participants must bring their own nut-free and seafood-free lunches/snacks

Due to the high summer temperatures, parents are advised to put ice packs in their child's lunch box

Prohibit sharing of food among children to avoid food allergies and poisoning
Parents/guardians assume full responsibility for any food-related allergies or illnesses.
7. Liability Release
Parents/guardians accept full responsibility for all claims, disputes or issues arising from their child's participation at Nicole's Art Studio.
